Question- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes ?
Answer- No, Federal Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You MUST include a full street address.
Question- Can I place an order and have it sent to someone else at a different address?
Answer- Yes you can. When filling in your shipping information, simply click on
"other" if address is different than your own.
Question- Is there a minimum order requirement ?
Answer- No. We do not require a minimum order amount.
Question- How will my order be shipped ?
Answer- All orders are shipped with Federal Express Service.
Question- Can you "slice" the meat before shipping it to me?
Answer- No. We cannot pre-slice any of our product prior to shipment.
Question- Which store locations carry a "full line" of Karl Ehmer products?
Answer- Our main retail location (63-35 Fresh Pond Road, Ridgewood, NY) carries all Ehmer products. All other locations need to be called directly to inquire which products they currently carry.
Question- After I place an order, when can I expect it to arrive?
Answer- During our normal season all orders $100 or more will be shipped FREE of charge via FedEx 2nd Day Service (standard FedEx rates based on weight and destination apply if Overnight Service is requested). All orders UNDER $100 will be charged for shipping (standard FedEx rates based on weight and destination apply)
FedEx 2nd Day orders will ship "2nd Day Service" from when it is "shipped"-not 2nd Day from when order is "placed".

Question- Can you tell me the ingredients of a particular product?
Answer- Please review the products on our website for the ingredients and nutritional content. If you do not see the information listed for the item you are looking for, please email us and we will do our best to get back to you with that information.
Question- Can I buy Kassler Ripchen in "one piece"?
Answer- Yes. When placing your order, simply mention you would like it in "one piece" in the 'special instructions' comment box on the webpage. We will make the necessary price adjustment to your order.
Question- Can I buy Leberkase in "one piece"?
Answer- Yes. (see answer to the question above)
