All our hams are hardwood smoked. Just heat and serve!
Cooking Instructions: We suggest using a roasting rack that is placed in a pan that has water in the bottom. Place the fully cooked ham on the rack and set your oven to 350°. Allow 7 minutes per pound in order to reheat your ham.
Cured with- Water, Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Vinegar, Sodium Nitrite.
