When I lived in Pennsylvania I would always go to the local Karl Ehmers to get my BLOOD SAUSAGE as my dad would call it. I was eating it ever since I was a kid about 7 years old. Blood sausage might sound bad but it is one of the best tasting sausages you will ever eat. That is why I don't mind paying to have it shipped all the way to Tennessee where I live now. I can still get that HOMETOWN AWESOME TASTING HURKA all the way in Tennessee.
