Growing up in the Bronx, we ate Karl Ehmers blood pudding, Moved to Peekskill NY forty years ago and had a Karl Ehmers in town. When the Peekskill store closed, we we're lucky to have a Karl Ehmers in Yorktown, just 15 minutes away. Sadly, no stores in our area any more, but.... I have ordered from this website for years now. This Blood Pudding is exactly the same as the 1950s ones. Sent some to my brother in Colorado and he was delighted. He had not had any since the 60s.
No one else makes blood pudding this good. Every recipe is different.
