A smaller version of the Boneless Traditional Ham. All our hams are hardwood smoked. It is also known as a city ham that was featured in Esquire Magazine, just a boneless version! Just heat and serve!
Cooking Instructions: We suggest using a roasting rack that is placed in a pan that has water in the bottom. Place the fully cooked ham on the rack and set your oven to 350°. Allow 7 minutes per pound in order to reheat your ham.
