INGREDIENTS

• 2 frozen deep dish pie shells (or your own homemade)
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup Karl Ehmer Ham, diced
• 1 cup cheddar cheese (or any other cheese of preference such as Swiss, American, etc)
• 1 cup chopped scallions

Preparation

Pre-bake pie crust in 350 degree oven. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk until well blended. Stir in meat, cheese, and scallions. Pour ingredients in pre-baked crust and bake at 350 degrees.
