  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 and a 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 and a 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

 

Preparation : Combine pepper, salt, mustard, oil, and vinegar in cup. Stir well to mix. Makes about 6 tablespoons.
