This is such a fast and reliable recipe:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and while that preheats gently stretch your dough to your desired thickness and shape (sometimes I make mine heart shaped for fun). When the oven is ready, prebake your dough for 7 to 10 minutes.

While that prebakes, de stem your broccoli rabe and in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat sauté and season with salt and pepper until nice and soft. Next, microwave your chorizo for about 1 minute to soften the casing. Cut the soft casing and spill its contents on to a plate or bowl and hold to on to the side.

An optional step: In a microwave safe bowl, melt some butter with some salt and italian seasoning, this is great for seasoning your crust

Once your dough is done prebaking, taking it out and begin dressing your pizza. I prefer to brush my pizza crust with that butter prior to adding my sauce and toppings. With your preferred sauce and mozzarella, then adding on your broccoli rabe, and crumbling your chorizo over on top. (Tip: I would do a light layer of cheese before and after adding the chorizo and broccoli rabe)

Put your pie back in for about 10 minutes/until cheese is melted.


Instructions

Preheat and Prepare Dough

Preheat oven to 450°F. Gently stretch the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Place in the oven and prebake for 7–10 minutes.

Prepare the Broccoli Rabe

Remove stems from the broccoli rabe. In a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, sauté until soft. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Chorizo

Microwave the chorizo for about 1 minute to soften the casing. Cut open and remove the contents. Set aside.

Optional Crust Seasoning

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter with a pinch of salt and Italian seasoning. Use this to brush the crust for added flavor.

Assemble the Pizza

Remove the prebaked dough from the oven. Brush the crust with the butter mixture if using. Add pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Layer on the broccoli rabe and crumble the chorizo over the top. Optionally, add a light layer of cheese before and after the toppings.

Bake the Pizza

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.

Serve

Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
